Process design
Cleaning section design follows oil load, surface class, and drying capacity.
Strip cleaning lines can be integrated with rolling mills, pickling lines, annealing lines, tension levelers, and slitting lines. The process section is selected around residue control, water mark prevention, scratch risk, and line stability.
